1. Subscription Terms

  • 1.1 Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • 1.2 Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal through your App Store account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • 1.3 You may manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal exclusively via your App Store account settings.
  • 1.4 All payments are processed by Apple, and refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.
  • 1.5 Subscription prices and billing cycles are clearly displayed in the app and App Store.

2. AI-Generated Content

  • 2.1 AI-generated content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • 2.2 You retain no intellectual property rights to AI-generated content published or saved through the service.
  • 2.3 By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use user-saved/published content to improve AI models.
  • 2.4 We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
  • 2.5 You agree not to generate content that infringes third-party rights or violates laws.

3. Usage Rights

  • 3.1 Subscriptions grant access to premium features as described in the App Store listing.
  • 3.2 Redistribution or commercial use of AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.
  • 3.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or restrict access to features for legal, security, or operational reasons.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Users must not generate content that:

  • Is unlawful, abusive, or discriminatory
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains sensitive personal information
  • 4.2 Users are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use.
  • 4.3 Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Liability

5.1 The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5.2 We expressly disclaim liability for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • AI-generated content misuse by users
  • Third-party actions related to the service
  • 5.3 Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 6 months.

6. Modifications

  • 6.1 We may update these terms at any time.

6.2 Material changes will be notified via:

  • In-app notices
  • Email to registered users
  • Updated App Store listing
  • 6.3 Continued use after 30 days constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
